To collect Your order by Yourself or a shipping agent of Your choice, please contact one of our agents prior to placing your order, so everything can be arragend to Your liking.

We can work with most common graphic formats, but recommend to our clients to prepare print ready PDF files for best results.

When placing and order or requesting a quote You will be asked to upload Your files during the checkout process in our Webshop.

If You have to share extremely large files or huge quantities of files for a custom order You can make them available through a downloadlink to Your cloudhosting service of choice or arrange a direct upload to one of our servers with Your designated Key Account Manager.

Although any low resolution file can be printed in any dimension, we recommend a minimum resolution of 300 DPI with rare exceptions.

If You are not sure if Your files are ready for high quality printing simply contact us and let us check them for you.

If Your delivery is faulty or if You are experiencing any other type of issues, please contact us through Your prefered channel or in case You are a member of our B2B Loyalty Program best talk directly to Your Key Account Manager and let him resolve the issue for You.

You can pay directly via PayPal in our Webshop or get an invoice issued which you can pay regularly via bank transfer.

Within EU member states online bank transfers reach the recipient within 1 bank working day and bank transfers on paper within 2 bank working days. Your payment is usually booked withing 1 working day of recieving it, so a delay of 2 – 3 days in production can be expected when using bank transfer as the payment method of Your choice.

If You have to print something urgently contact us always beforehand as we always try to come towards our clients and will do our best to work something out.
